Dr. Yael Schwartz
Founder, CEO & Chair of the Board of Directors
A founder and an entrepreneur with more than 35 years experience as a pharmaceutical scientist/manager/educator with advanced training in pharmacology, toxicology, human physiology and immunology.
With a proven track record of advancing small molecule therapeutics from discovery through NDA submission in multiple therapeutic areas she has made a career of identifying and in-licensing drug candidates in dermatology and women's health.
She has worked closely with thought leaders in respiratory, CNS, dermatology and women's health. She has raised private placement financing and venture capital to initiate preclinical development of novel topical therapeutics in women's health and dermatology.

Jaime Castle
Chief Operating Officer
Jaime’s journey in the world of aesthetics began in 2000 when she started as an assistant in the oculoplastic specialty. It was during this time that she began working alongside visionary physicians who introduced her to the captivating and transformative field of aesthetics.
From 2013 to 2017, Jaime embarked on a remarkable journey managing various aspects of the Medicis, Solta, and Obagi portfolio. This role not only honed her expertise but made her a driving force behind the business's growth, culminating in its successful sale in 2017.
In the following years, from 2017 to 2024, Jaime ascended to the role of CEO at Obagi Cosmeceuticals, then Clinical Skin. During her tenure, she internationalized business and orchestrated a strategic sale to a publicly traded entity, marking a significant milestone in her career. During this time Jaime was also ICDO excellence award winner as well PM360 Trail Blazer award.

Dr. Laurence Dryer
Chief Scientific Officer
A passionate scientist with over 20 years of experience in the cosmetics and skincare industry. She has created many cutting-edge technologies and products that brought joy to consumers. Laurence's expertise lies in identifying advanced technologies based on novel scientific concepts, then translating them into consumer-friendly language to make science accessible to a broader audience.
With a background in neuroscience, Laurence's prestigious academic and beauty industry career has been marked by a commitment to innovation. Her scientific vision and her dedication to creating innovative and clinically efficacious products continue to be at the forefront of her work.
She has held numerous key leadership roles, including most recently Chief Scientific Officer at Clinical Skin, and Executive Vice President of R&D at Obagi Cosmeceuticals, where she drove growth and led the scientific strategy behind both portfolios. She has also held various positions at The Honest Company, Valeant Pharmaceuticals, and Johnson & Johnson.

Cristina Griffin
Chief Development Officer
An International Corporate Development executive with 15+ years of experience generating sustainable growth and value in the MedTech, BioTech, IT, Pharmaceutical, Cosmeceutical, Finance, FMCG and Education sectors.
With her prestigious and multi-cultural educational background, she has guided global and Fortune 500 firms and and advised Entrepreneurs, CEOs, Executive Teams, Investment funds, Boards and Presidents on corporate strategy. She has helped companies pivot and transform by developing and then executing a strategic growth plan.
She has successfully defined and implemented comprehensive strategies achieving sustainable growth and profitability through, funding, M&A, strategic alliances, organic go to market, organizational optimization, international expansion and directing innovation.

Mary Lake Polan
MD, PhD, MPH
Mary is Professor and Chair Emerita of OB-GYN at Stanford University School of Medicine. She has served on the Wyeth Board of Directors and presided over Wyeth’s merger with Pfizer. She is a member of the National Academy of Medicine, the NIH, and American Society for Reproductive Medicine, American Medical Women’s Association, and the Secretary of HHS’s Advisory Committee on Human Research Protections. Mary is prolific and has published more than 130 articles, chapters, and books in her areas of research, and in the laboratory at Stanford she focuses on reproductive endocrinology and infertility and, most recently, on gene expression patterns in uterine fibroids (benign tumors).
For fun, Mary enjoys skiing, swimming, adventure travel and reading and writing science fiction. She published a medical mystery novel titled ”Second Seed” and a memoir about fistula surgery in Eritrea.

Daniel Siegel
MD, MS
Dan is a Clinical Professor of Dermatology at SUNY Downstate. He is past president of AAD, a diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology and the American Board of Laser Surgery. He is the recipient of the American Skin Association Public Policy and Medical Education Award and the Academy of Dermatology Presidential Citation for 5 years. He has published more than 100 articles and book chapters in medical journals and textbooks and delivered more than 500 lectures at national and international congresses. He is the recipient of the American Skin Association Public Policy & Medical Education Award, the Academy of Dermatology Presidential Citation, the President’s Volunteer Service Award and the American College of Mohs Surgery Distinguished Service Award. For several years, Dan was listed as on of Castle Connnolly’s New York Metro Area “Top Doctors”. Dan is one of the 30 esteemed active members of the NY Dermatological Society. He is a graduate of Albany Medical College.
For relaxation, Dan enjoys gardening, traveling, reading, hiking and good music.

Craig Abolin
PhD
Craig is a pharmaceutical executive with 30+ years experience working within cross-functional drug development teams managing internal and external DMPK, bioanalytical chemistry and GLP-compliant activities. He received his PhD in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from UCSF. More than 10 of the new drugs Craig helped develop have been approved for prescription use across multiple and diverse therapeutic areas. Craig co-founded Hygeia Therapeutics and Canterbury Labs which went public under RestorGenex where he served as VP of Pharmacokinetics
In his spare time, Craig relaxes by utilizing his strong deep voice with a classical choir. He greatly enjoys traveling, wood-working and taking long walks with his new puppy. He is best known at meetings for his unparalleled wit and keen decision-making ability.
